Registration Information is for the Academic Year 2026-2027 and must be completed prior to beginning sessions, even if you child has attended Little Makers Art Club before.
I will ensure all information is up to date and that contact and collection details provided, enable immediate emergency contact if required.
I understand that some mediums used (whilst all will be safe to use by the children), may stain clothing or skin for a short time. Children will be provided with an apron to wear but rough clothes are recommended for all sessions to protect uniform.
I understand that Little Makers may not be suitable for children requiring one to one support due to medical/learning needs and will contact The Makers Studio in advance of sessions starting to discuss this is applicable.
Finally, please be advised that payment must be completed to book your child(ren)'s place and incomplete payment could result in your child's place being lost.
